The Fabled Foundry

FAQ

Good custom work starts with clear expectations.

These answers cover common questions about ordering, artwork, materials, timelines, rights, and project fit.

+What kinds of projects can The Fabled Foundry make?

The studio can create engraved gifts, laser-cut décor, tabletop gaming accessories, wedding and event items, branded business products, 3D printed pieces, and custom commissions that combine multiple fabrication methods.

+Do I need to provide finished artwork?

Finished artwork helps, but it is not required for every project. The Fabled Foundry can help refine an idea, prepare layouts, and guide you toward a design that works well with the chosen material and process.

+Can you engrave my logo?

Yes. Vector artwork is best, such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG files can also work for many engraving projects, depending on the design.

+Do you make wedding items?

Yes. Common wedding projects include welcome signs, table numbers, place cards, favors, guest book alternatives, keepsake boxes, vow books, and coordinated décor pieces.

+Can you handle business or corporate orders?

Yes. The studio supports small business and corporate gifting projects such as branded client gifts, awards, promotional products, event merchandise, displays, and limited production runs.

+What materials can you work with?

Common materials include wood, acrylic, leather, paper, cardstock, select metals, glassware, coated tumblers, printed materials, and 3D printing filament. Material suitability depends on the exact design and equipment process.

+How long does a custom order take?

Timeline depends on design complexity, material availability, quantity, and current workload. Simple personalized items may move quickly, while weddings, business orders, and detailed commissions need more lead time.

+Can I order just one custom item?

Yes. Single custom gifts and keepsakes are welcome. The studio also supports small batches and larger event or business quantities.

+Do you offer design proofs?

Yes. Custom work typically includes a proof or confirmation step before production so names, dates, artwork, and layout details can be reviewed.

+Can you rush an order?

Rush availability depends on the schedule, material stock, and project type. Include your desired completion date in the quote form and the studio will confirm what is realistic.

+Can you recreate copyrighted fantasy artwork or logos?

The studio can work with artwork you own or have permission to use. It cannot reproduce protected artwork, brands, or characters without proper rights.
